Michael has served as President of the firm for years. Michael’s first entry into the environmental field began in the 80s working as a Lab Pack Chemist, and later as manager for a leading national environmental firm. This is where he learned the importance of regulatory compliance, building a solid team, developing a network of industry TDSF and transportation allies — all combined to provide fiscally sound solutions to client challenges and needs. With the start of EWMI in 1995, Michael transitioned these core principles into EWMI’s business philosophy. Responsible for the continuation and sustainability of these principles along with the health of the firm, Michael is involved with developing and maintaining the staff’s growth as well as client and subcontractor relations.

Tim has been responsible for EWMI’s operations department from its inception in 1995. The firm’s remediation group has grown under his leadership to provide various remediation and industrial service programs to a wide range of clients in both private and public sectors. Tim oversees the operations group, ensuring well-executed remedial programs, as well as project team and staff development and scheduling. Tim works closely with the Estimating team, Project Managers, the internal Project Management Assistants along with the Health and Safety department, ensuring the quality of performance that clients expect from EWMI and keeping the focus on quality, safety and budget.

Greg’s primary responsibilities include health and safety and project management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has served as the principal in charge for a number of key projects. As a certified Master Safety Professional (MSP), he has developed the company’s safety and training programs and has built a safety culture that exceeds client expectations. Greg is also a military veteran who served as a Surface Warfare Officer is the United States Navy.
